Re: De-mining with your smartphone
It is an unfortunate consequence of war (which itself is an unfortunate consequence of intolerance, greed, anger, and stupidity) that there are many unexploded munitions in the ground that will harm innocent civilians long after formal hostilities have ended. It's good to see that the technology for discovering these things (so they can be removed) is getting into the hands of the people who are most at risk. Thanks for the share.
